Digital Quality Management System (DQMS)

DQMS is a cloud-enabled digital quality management platform that captures manufacturing measurements directly from Bluetooth-enabled instruments, digitizes inspection workflows, and provides real-time traceability, SPC analytics, dashboards, and quality reporting for both in-process manufacturing operations and Supplier Parts Quality (SQA) inspection.

DQMS is implemented as a cloud-enabled web and mobile platform with role-based access for operators, inspectors, and administrators. Operators create production batches, record in-process inspection data, and submit quality measurements digitally. The system manages workflow across machining, heat treatment, and final inspection, automatically updates batch status, performs SPC analysis (Cp/Cpk), maintains complete traceability, and generates real-time dashboards and quality reports for decision-making.

DQMS is designed to support organizations in implementing and maintaining digital quality processes aligned with applicable quality-management requirements such as ISO 9001 and, for automotive applications, IATF 16949.
